Spunlace Nonwovens: The spunlace process involves spraying high-pressure micro-jet water onto one or more layers of fiber web, causing the fibers to entangle and thus strengthening the web.

Thermo-bonded Nonwovens: Thermo-bonded nonwovens incorporate fibrous or powdered hot-melt adhesives into the fiber web, which is then heated, melted, and cooled to solidify into a fabric.

Air-laid Nonwovens: Air-laid nonwovens, also known as dust-free paper or dry-laid paper nonwovens, use air-laid technology to open wood pulp fiberboard into single fibers. Airflow then causes the fibers to coalesce onto a forming screen, and the web is then solidified into a fabric.

Wet-laid Nonwovens: Wet-laid nonwovens involve opening fiber raw materials in an aqueous medium into single fibers, while simultaneously mixing different fiber raw materials to create a fiber suspension. This suspension is then transported to a forming mechanism, where the fibers form a web in a wet state and are then solidified into a fabric.

Spunbond Nonwoven Fabric: Spunbond nonwoven fabric is made by extruding and stretching polymers to form continuous filaments, laying these filaments into a web, and then bonding the web through self-adhesion, thermal bonding, chemical bonding, or mechanical reinforcement to create a nonwoven fabric.

Meltblown Nonwoven Fabric: The process of meltblown nonwoven fabric involves: polymer feeding – melt extrusion – fiber formation – fiber cooling – web formation – reinforcement into fabric.

Needle-punched Nonwoven Fabric: Needle-punched nonwoven fabric is a type of dry-laid nonwoven fabric. It utilizes the piercing action of needles to reinforce a loose fiber web into a fabric.

Sewing-knitted Nonwoven Fabric: Sewing-knitted nonwoven fabric is a type of dry-laid nonwoven fabric. The stitching method uses warp-knitted loop structures to reinforce fiber webs, yarn layers, nonwoven materials (such as plastic sheets, plastic foils, etc.), or combinations thereof to create a nonwoven fabric.
