Non-woven bags and canvas bags differ significantly in their materials. Non-woven bags are made of non-woven fabric, also known as non-woven cloth, which is composed of oriented or randomly arranged fibers and is a new generation of environmentally friendly material. Non-woven fabric is characterized by its moisture resistance, breathability, flexibility, lightweight, non-flammability, easy decomposition, non-toxicity, non-irritation, rich colors, low price, and recyclability. Non-woven bags are mostly made from polypropylene (PP) granules as raw material, produced through a continuous one-step process involving high-temperature melting, spinning, laying, and hot-pressing. They are named for their resemblance to fabrics in appearance and some properties.

Canvas bags, on the other hand, are made of canvas, a relatively thick cotton or linen fabric. Canvas was originally used for sails and is generally made with a plain weave, with a small amount using a twill weave. Both warp and weft yarns are multi-ply. Canvas is generally divided into two main categories: coarse canvas and fine canvas. Coarse canvas, also known as tarpaulin, has excellent waterproof properties and is used for covering vehicles and open-air warehouses, as well as for setting up tents in the field. Fine canvas is used to make workwear and some supplies; after dyeing or printing, it can also be used as shoe material, bag fabric, handbags, backpacks, tablecloths, etc. In addition, there are rubberized canvas, fire-resistant and radiation-shielding canvas, and canvas used in papermaking machines.

Canvas bags are a fashionable and environmentally friendly type of bag, made from naturally biodegradable materials. They have high requirements in terms of both workmanship and materials, and their durability and strength are far superior to non-woven bags. However, in terms of cost-effectiveness, canvas bags are too expensive to be widely used, and therefore are not as popular as non-woven bags.

Environmentally friendly canvas bags come in a variety of fabrics with fine and smooth textures, resulting in excellent printing effects. Different fabrics also have different requirements for printing. Environmentally friendly canvas bags come in a variety of styles and novel designs, serving as both general eco-friendly shopping bags and promotional gifts for businesses.
