The Material Nature of Polyester Bags
Polyester bags are packaging products made of polyester fiber, a synthetic material processed from petroleum derivatives. Its fibers have a round cross-section, a smooth and glossy surface, and high strength and abrasion resistance. The fiber thickness is adjusted during manufacturing according to the intended use, with a common thickness between 0.05-0.3 mm, ensuring both load-bearing capacity and flexibility.

Typical Applications in Daily Life

Shopping Packaging: Supermarket roll bags often use thickened polyester.

Logistics and Transportation: Moisture-proof express delivery bags often use composite polyester material.

Home Storage: Transparent polyester clothing dust bags are breathable and mildew-proof.

Industrial Applications: Acid and alkali resistant industrial raw material packaging bags.

Precautions for Selection and Use
While polyester bags are sturdy and durable, their breathability is poor, making them unsuitable for long-term storage of fresh fruits and vegetables. They may release trace amounts of gas at high temperatures; food-grade polyester is recommended for food contact applications. From an environmental perspective, reusable polyester bags are more ideal than disposable products. Avoid washing in water exceeding 60℃ to prevent fiber deformation.
