Feeding (nonwoven fabric roll) → Folding → Ultrasonic bonding → Cutting → Bag making (punching) → Waste recycling → Counting → Stacking.

This process can be fully automated, requiring only 1-2 operators. The multi-functional fully automatic nonwoven bag making machine allows for adjustable production speed and product size within a certain range. It utilizes a touchscreen operation and is equipped with step-by-step length control, photoelectric tracking (accurate and stable operation), automatic counting (with adjustable alarm settings), and automatic punching devices. Furthermore, to further achieve energy conservation and environmental protection, it features a waste material recycling function, automatically collecting leftover waste materials from bag making for reuse, reducing labor intensity, and increasing work efficiency.
